Refund Policy

  • We accept returns on all items within 90 days from the date of delivery
  • We will refund the entire purchase price of the item/s (shipping costs are non-refundable)
  • There are no hidden fees

Should you wish to return any items, you must contact our office for a return authorization number along with the proper return instructions.

If you have purchased an item via another vendor or website, please contact them for further assistance, as we are only able to extend our guarantee to those items which have been purchased from our own site.

Please note:

  • We only issue refunds for items returned to us; please ensure to send back all empty, open, and sealed items
  • A single product may only be returned once per person, per household
  • Without a return authorization, we are unable to log your return, which may cause a delay with your refund, or prevent us from being able to process it
  • Once return authorization is issued, your package must be postmarked within 10 days
  • You may expect the credit to be finalized 5-10 business days after the delivery to our returns department, and we will email you a confirmation once it has been completed

Sending items back to us:

We do not cover the cost of the return delivery. It is recommended that you retain the tracking details for the return postage until we have confirmed the refund with you. Please do not send back any items COD (cash-on-delivery), as these will not be accepted. We do not recommend refusing deliveries, or requesting a return-to-sender, as there have been cases wherein we have not received these parcels back.
