Shipping policy

 

Your order will ship from the location closest to you with the item/s in stock, which may include Amazon fulfillment. We use multiple shipping facilities within Australia, though not all items are always available in every location to ship all at once; some orders may be dispatched in multiple packages, with the items arriving separately.

The delivery estimates are 7 to 11 business days for standard shipping, and 4-6 business days for expedited delivery; these estimates may vary based on customs clearance. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, and note that we do not process shipments over the weekend or on any holidays being observed in the shipping country.

Standard: $12.95 - 7-11 business days
Expedited Global: $18.95 - 4-6 business days

Processing:

  • Orders are processed very efficiently for rapid delivery; we may not be able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted
  • Successful delivery relies on the correct address being supplied by the shopper. If you come to realize it is incorrect, please contact us immediately for resolution
  • If your order contains an out of stock item, it will be placed into a back-order status and ship once all items are available

Delivery Concerns:

In the event of any order fulfillment or delivery issues, please ensure to contact us within 60 days in order to guarantee proper resolution.

If you receive a damaged package or a defective item, please ensure to contact us prior to discarding it. In some instances, we may require further information for an investigation with our fulfillment and/or delivery partners.

Please note that temperature and/or air pressure changes may cause a minimal amount of leakage with liquid tinctures. This is expected, and completely normal; it does not result in contamination or otherwise make our products unfit for use.
